Our Guarantee

Heritage Studios stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 15 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase, and subject to the following criteria, we will replace the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

Heritage Studios products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Heritage Studios takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.

Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.

Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.

Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Heritage Studios does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

How to make a Return

What can be returned: We will only accept returns for defective merchandise due to an error made by us. Return is limited to exact replacement of originally purchased product.

What cannot be returned: User decorated products with poor image quality or misspellings as a result of user supplied decoration. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase.

To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at [email protected] and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. We will review your request and if appropriate will issue an RMA number. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Our Shipping Methods

We use the USPS for our shipping needs. Most items will ship either First Class Mail or Priority mail, based on the size and weight of the shipment.

Where we Ship:
We will ship to the continental United States. For other shipping locations please contact customer service prior to placing order. Failure to contact customer service will result in a delay in processing your order.

We recognize that you may be concerned about our collection, use, and disclosure of the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we collect when you use the Website and the services offered on the Website. This Privacy Policy describes the information that we collect from you, how we collect this information, and what we do with it after we collect it. By using the Website you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Does ESM Ever Make Changes to its Privacy Policy?
We may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time. How and When Does ESM Collect This Information?
Providing Information to Us. We collect Personal Information from you when you provide it to us. For example, if you purchase a product, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number, and email address. If you create an account, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, and other information that we request during the registration process, and any information that you provide to Heritage Studios. If you sign up to receive a newsletter, we will collect your email address. Communications With Us. If you communicate with us regarding the Website or the System, we will collect any information that you provide to us in any such communication. Analytic and Reporting Technologies. Like the operators of most websites, we use analytic and reporting technologies to record Non-Personal Information such as Internet domain and host names, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser software, operating system types, click stream patterns, and the dates and times that the Website and the System are accessed. We also contract with several online partners to help manage, monitor and optimize our Website and the System and to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, communications and how visitors use the Website. Website Content. We are not responsible for the actions of others. Therefore, you should use care in communicating with other users and only disclose your Personal Information to other users that you know to be trustworthy. How Can I Review and Make Changes to My Personal Information?
You can obtain a copy of and request that we correct errors in your Personal Information by emailing customer service. For your protection, you will be required to provide proof of your identity to obtain a copy of your Personal Information. If your Personal Information changes or if you no longer want to use the ESM Services, you may correct, update or deactivate your Personal Information and/or your account through the account management screen. If you would like to deactivate or terminate your account you can also contact our Customer Service.

Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. ESM does not retain credit card information entered. Credit card information is passed through a 3rd party gateway for transaction purposes, then deleted.

What About Children’s Privacy?
The Website and the System are intended for users aged 18 and older only. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children that we know to be under the age of 18. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 18.
